The prices shown apply to the advertised base plan. Premium suburbs/nearby premium areas have different conditions and are quoted individually.

Please set the start and end dates at least 4 days apart. At present we are temporarily not accepting trips of 3 days or fewer because local demand for drivers is extremely high and supply cannot keep up.

- What is Sri Lanka Taxi Charter Service (SLTCS)?

SLTCS is an online intermediary service operated by Sri Lanka Taxi Charter Service International Limited (Hong Kong). We mainly match travellers with tourist drivers registered with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA).
- Will I be able to meet up with the driver without issues?

Yes. We share the driver’s contact details before departure, so you can reach out in advance. If something unexpected occurs, you can also contact us by email (and our local support).
- Do reliable drivers come—safe driving and punctuality?

Yes. We employ only high-quality drivers and conduct training that emphasises the points important to Japanese guests. We work to minimise misunderstandings due to cultural differences.
- What if there’s an accident or other unforeseen trouble?

We place importance on safety measures and our support system. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will coordinate with local partners to respond.
- What if my plans change at the last minute?

Up to 7 days before (inclusive): no cancellation fee; any agency service fee already paid to us will be fully refunded. 2–6 days before (inclusive): the agency service fee is non-refundable (treated/claimed as the cancellation fee). From the day before / on the start date: no refunds for any reason. Any agency service fee already paid to us will be retained and not returned. Applies equally to a no-show.
- Can this be used for corporate/business travel?

All vehicles are private cars with air-conditioning, so you can travel comfortably. Note: Buses and trains may lack air-conditioning, carry a higher risk of heat exhaustion, and are often full with no seats available.
