He consistently checked our preferences—asking things like “Would you like to go here?” or “What would you like to do next?”—and we truly appreciated his suggestions for local, authentic sightseeing spots. Since we wanted to visit as many places as possible in a short time, booking this service was absolutely the right choice.
We would have loved to chat more, but our English was not strong enough, which was a little disappointing. Even so, he spoke slowly and clearly in easy-to-understand English, which helped us a great deal.
Overall, he was thoughtful and attentive from start to finish, and we felt confident entrusting our trip to him. We would highly recommend him to anyone planning a trip to Sri Lanka.
