Dilan
Dilan
For travelers who want a deeper, more rewarding journey / An approachable driver who supports you without being pushy / Provides solid assistance when needed / Praised for his perfectly balanced, unobtrusive style / Offers high-satisfaction route suggestions
Dilan is a professional driver who is especially supportive for travelers who have a clear main purpose in Sri Lanka but have not yet finalized the rest of their plans. For example, guests arriving primarily to explore Geoffrey Bawa’s architecture note that once they meet Dilan, he carefully reviews the situation, reorganizes the schedule in a realistic way, and proposes a comfortable itinerary that fits their pace.
As a result, some travelers have been able to add experiences such as a safari or Ayurveda to their journey—broadening the trip far beyond the original plan. Dilan is also appreciated for his considerate communication style: he is not intrusive, yet he provides exactly the support guests need, which is reassuring for those who are not confident in English.
With his calm coordination and flexible planning, Dilan is a dependable partner who helps travelers discover Sri Lanka more deeply.

Thanks to his support, we were able to enjoy a safari and experience Ayurveda, which allowed us to appreciate even more of what Sri Lanka has to offer.
The main purpose of our trip to Sri Lanka was to explore Geoffrey Bawa’s architecture, and we arrived without having fully decided on other sightseeing plans.
After meeting Dilan, he suggested ideas and helped us reorganize our schedule. Thanks to his support, we were able to enjoy a safari and experience Ayurveda, which allowed us to appreciate even more of what Sri Lanka has to offer.
He also treated us with a comfortable, respectful level of attentiveness, which made it easy for us to relax—especially since we are not confident in English. We are truly grateful for his help. Thank you very much!
