When I realised that I had lost my mobile phone, he immediately went back to search for it and spoke with the tour company we had just used. Everyone helped us look, and we found it safely. I could not be more grateful!
Travelling with a child, we were concerned about the long transfer times from the airport to Sigiriya and then to Unawatuna. However, he suggested enjoyable activities along the way and created a full-day plan for Sigiriya, leaving us completely satisfied.
While spending the day in Sigiriya, I realised that I had lost my mobile phone. He immediately contacted the tour company we had just used, retraced our route and searched with us. Even though we had a reservation time for our next activity, he worked tirelessly without showing the slightest frustration. Thanks to him, we found the phone safely!
